Job Description

Pops Upkeep, a trailblazer in property maintenance in the NYC Metro area, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager. As the nexus between our clients and our service delivery team, you'll be instrumental in upholding our reputation for impeccable service and unmatched client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.

    • Regularly check in with clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and collecting feedback.

  2. Sales and Growth

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions.

  3. Service Delivery Oversight

    • Work closely with the service delivery teams to ensure clients' requirements are clearly communicated and met in a timely manner.

    • Proactively identify potential service disruptions and collaborate with teams to address them.

  4. Reporting & Communication

    • Maintain detailed account records, including services used, feedback provided, and opportunities identified.

    • Regularly update clients on our new services, improvements, and other relevant news.

  5. Collaboration

    • Liaise between clients and various internal teams, ensuring clarity in communication and mutual understanding.

    • Provide insights to the company based on client feedback, market trends, and personal observations.

Who You Are

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.

  5. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  6. Analytical skills with a solution-driven approach.

  7. Knowledge of the NYC property landscape is a plus.
