What You’ll Do

Team Supervision & Development:

Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the company's high standards.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss and resolve challenges, optimize performance, and share updates.

Project Management:

Oversee and manage multiple maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with other department leads to coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules.

Quality Assurance:

Regularly inspect sites both during and post-maintenance to ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds company and client expectations.

Address and rectify any issues or discrepancies in real-time.

Client Relations:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Gather feedback from clients to constantly improve service quality.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to safety standards and regulatory compliances.

Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the team.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of all maintenance projects, including resources used, time spent, and any challenges encountered.

Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to upper management.

Who You Are

A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.

Proven track record of managing teams and overseeing maintenance or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
-
Familiarity with the NYC property landscape is a plus.
