Our clients have seen over a 50% reduction in tenant phone calls and emails due to maintenance requests being routed through the Pop's Upkeep app. Each tenant has a unique access code that logs their requests under their name for you to review at your convenience. Once the request is approved, Pops takes it from there and answers all additional tenant questions.
